Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services provided by SnazPrint LLC (“SnazPrint”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful code. Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to SnazPrint LLC unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

2. Services and project agreements

We provide design, brand identity and software development services. The details of each project, including scope, deliverables, timeline and price, are set out in a written proposal or agreement (a “Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement applies.

3. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects may require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

4. Revisions and approvals

Each Project Agreement states the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions may be charged. Approval of a deliverable in writing, including by email, confirms that the deliverable is accepted.

5. Client materials

You are responsible for the materials you provide to us, such as text, images, logos and data, and confirm that you have the right to use them. You grant us permission to use those materials solely to perform the project.

6. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables and custom source code created specifically for you transfers to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party components, such as fonts, stock images and open-source software, remain subject to their own licenses. Unless you ask us not to, we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Cancellation

Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits cover initial planning and booked time and are non-refundable unless the Project Agreement states otherwise.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in a Project Agreement, this website and our services are provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, app store approval, or search engine rankings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnazPrint LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect Project Agreements already signed.
